Due to late seasonal start, 2008 rates will be prorated from date of pool opening.

ü    Management reserves the right to limit noise, hours or close pool during special events.

ü      Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult member.

ü      Must sign in before entering pool.

ü     Member allowing any unauthorized swimmers will result in forfeiture of membership.

ü      Mgt reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY   All swimmers swim at their own risk.

Parents and Adult Members are responsible for their children and guests observing safety rules at all times.  A ZERO tolerance safety observance rule will be in place.  Memberships will be forfeited if violated.
